[IMail Forum] Restrict SMTP volume

We had a customer on our server who we terminated due to sending out spam messages to large numbers of people.  I know how to stop messages above a certain number of recipients, but he would send them out individually over several hours.  Is there anyway to limit the number of messages sent over time (ex 60 messages/hour) for a certain account to prevent this in the future?  I'm using IMail 8.0 Pro.   Thanks for any help provided, ::James Nelson
