Well, I use IE6, no java restrictions in our network. Another thing about this "Move To" thing, is that if I open an email, and use the same "Move To" function, it will work for that one email, but when at the summary screen, and I click on the check box for either one, or various emails, nothing happens. And as for stopping pop up ads, no. It happens on various machines, here at work and at home. I'm stumped.
