I recently
upgraded our I-mail server from version 7 to 8, mostly because of the
anti-spam filters available in the newer version. However, I'm at wits end
actually making it work.
I've literally configured it by the book for the
domains I want protect. Content filtering is enabled at the host level and
connection filtering is enabled both at the server and host level using the
default five blacklists. However, none of the phrases I've added to the
content filtering list have been picked up. I've selected delete as the
action, and to treat it as spam
after one occurrance. But all the test
messages I'm sending to myself at that host, containing words or phrases in
the list, are getting through.Am I missing something
here?
