This is what I see with netgeo which appears to be correct according to
whois:

TARGET: 64.94.60.159
NAME: PNAP-MIA-XSDATA-RM-04
NUMBER: 64.94.60.128 - 64.94.60.191
CITY: FT LAUDERDALE
STATE: FLORIDA
COUNTRY: US
LAT: 26.12
LONG: -80.13
LAT_LONG_GRAN: City
LAST_UPDATED: 11-Jan-2002
NIC: ARIN
LOOKUP_TYPE: Block Allocation
RATING:
DOMAIN_GUESS: INTERNAP.COM
STATUS: OK

This is not an internap mail server however which in my mind would appear to
me that someone is attempting to hack my server to send spam. The smtpd
[0.0.0.0] i believe tells me that this connection and attempt to send is
outbound from my server. I may be way off base but was just looking for
someone else's input on this....

It seems it is either down, or having some troubles.
