It happens to the best of us I guess but a mail from Ipswitch just got
caught as spam!

And we use Imails spam catching software

Oh dear!

That's one of the drawbacks to the SPAMCOP test, which would be one of the best spam tests if it weren't for this problem. Spamcop knows of 2,621 E-mails sent from 156.21.1.4, and only knows 5 of them to be spam -- that's well under 1% of the traffic from that IP. Anyone blocking E-mail that has a 99% chance of being legitimate E-mail is either knowingly blocking quite a bit of legitimate E-mail, or using a spam test that they don't fully understand.

If Spamcop would only include the percentages in their TXT record, you would be able to decide what legit-to-spam ratio is acceptable, and this wouldn't be an issue.

FWIW, the default setup in Declude JunkMail gives SPAMCOP a weight 7 (most of our customers block E-mail with a weight of 20 or higher, while some block on a weight of 10). That way, an E-mail listed in SPAMCOP won't get caught unless there are other problems as well.
