Sorry- was reading IMail forum thinking IMail, Instant Message is a
different product. What does the Ipswitch site or the manual say about
client requirements?

At
http://www.ipswitch.com/Support/instant_messaging/guides/v1/IMServer/Web
Help/whskin_homepage.htm is a section with server and client
requirements:
'Windows 3.x and all MAC and UNIX operating systems are NOT supported by
the IM Client.'
