People, let's slow down. > ...if I try to relay through the IMail server from an IP that is not > allowed to, then SMTPd32.exe takes a little amount of time to > respond. During the wait, it spikes up to 100% CPU usage...
I see no such spike on five of our clients' systems. So instead of discussing what's wrong with IMail, why don't you try to replicate the same 100% CPU on other servers? This is irregular behavior, to say the least. The Registry seek should take only the tiniest bit of CPU, and likely no disk at all; it's a very sleek lookup. -Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
