I have a dilemma, I have my rules catching anything that has "mortgage rates". Today I have a user that gets legitimate Mortgage Rates from Bank of America - how can I let this get through and stop the other non-sense mortgage SPAM.
We are using the Imail rules. Not sure how to fully use the Declude filter.
Are you using the IMail rules or a Declude JunkMail filter? If you are using Declude JunkMail filters to do this, you can use the weighting system to have E-mail with "mortgate rates" more likely to be considered as spam. That way, if the spam fails other spam tests (which is very likely), it will get caught -- but if the Bank of America sends out the E-mail properly (which they probably do), theirs won't get caught.
