hmm, exactly what do i disable? all i know is if i send some spam email i
get from work, forward to my personal account which is on IMAIL, it doesn't
come through. all i have done is deleted all entries in blacklist.

How do you know it's filtering messages? The log will stay say doing SPAM
Checks even though it's not.
 
Have you disabled server and host blacklists?
 
Have you disabled Phrase and Statistical Filtering?
 
And finally after disabling everything, have you restarted the QM and SMTP
Service?
