Hello:
 
We have recently installed Imail Evaluation and installed the purchased copy over it as instructed by the manual.  However, after the upgrade, when sending emails through SMTP, the email will appear to be received by Imail, but it was never delivered to the recipient.
 
Is there a problem with the Quebe manager as the email can be send from the web mail interface, but when sending it from SMTP, no error is displayed, but the recipient never receives the email.
 
Does anyone know what is the problem or if there is a work-around that is not specified in the manual?
