If you are seeing T*.* (not Q*.*), these are unfinished mail submissions to her. You could create a script that deletes unmatched T*.* files nightly. If you are seeing D*.* files (not Q*.*), she is simply keeping double-bounces, where neither the sender nor recipient accepts delivery. As "dead letters," the tradition was to archive them for manual inspection for typos, etc. Now, with spam 'Joe Jobs' and the like, double bounces are often far too frequent and/or deliberate to bear such inspection. As above, you could create a script that looks for unmatched D*.* files nightly and deletes them. -Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
