I am using version 8.01 of Imail server and doing content filtering (html). I have it set to label a message as spam if two of the HTML Features are detected. We are trying to add some URLs to our signatures when we send messages using the Eudora email client and the messages get flagged as SPAM (X-IMAIL-SPAM-HTML-FEATURES: (Hyperlink, Invalid Tag)). I don't know very much about html, but my understanding is that an invalid tap is html code that starts some type of command but then doesn't end it correctly. I would guess that means that Eudora is creating html code that has invalid tags when we put in the hyperlinks.

Can anyone shed any light on this? I have asked Imail support, but at this point they seem to be leaving it up to me to figure out.

Thanks,

Al
