Mike is also the Admin of the domain and has been with us for quite some time so has many domain and user rules in place. Mike now wants [EMAIL PROTECTED] sent to his new Blackberry with a copy to his Main box in Imail. But.... Mike wants to first filter eMail messages..., so only a limited amount of eMail goes to the Blackberry... Mike currently uses Aliases ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) forwarding to specific mailbox in Mike's User account) and using Domain Rules (or User Rules) directing eMail with certain Headers (SPAM warnings) to certain SPAM mailboxes (or deleted). So, the question is...., if we put a ., (dot and comma) in the forwarding for Mike (sending to both the Blackberry and inbox), the mail doesn't filter first by Alias or Domain.... While messages that are marked as SPAM do go to the proper folders in Mike's User account, they ALSO goes to the Blackberry... We can't create an Alias Mike that forwards to two places as Mike is also a user's account... So maybe that is the answer to my question, another User account...., but I was trying to do this within Mike's user's account Your suggestions are requested...
