I know the obvious ports, 25, 110, 8383, but what additional ports are required in order for imail to run properly on win2k server? I need to close up some ports but I don't want to obstruct imail.
You can go to http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19980513-ES01.htm for a list of all the ports that IMail may use. Note that many of them may not be used in your specific situation. However, port 53 (UDP and TCP) is very important for E-mail, as it is used for DNS.
