Is there a flat file that Imail stores this information in? We are currently evaluating this version and do not want to add all of our blacklist dns servers by hand. Thanks

A quick test here shows that it is indeed stored in text files -- you might want to check out spamblks.txt and spamblkm.txt. However, since these are not documented, they could be different on your server, and there may be different files used for per-domain settings. Although it isn't documented, the format of the spamblkm.txt file looks straightforward.
