If  they're  deciding, based *solely* on the volume of legitimate mail
sent to a legitimate user from a clean IP, that that user is no longer
entitled to use their mail service, there's absolutely nothing you can
do. Are you sure, however, that *that's* why they "want" to block you?
Did  you  communicate directly with someone who indicated such a clear
(but not yet enacted?) path?
