CRAP! Seth was kind enough to give me an account on his server to test with. I had no problems with any type of attachments.
So......I am running Imail 8 all hotfixes and patches. Seth is running v 7.15. Maybe the problem lies between these tww versions. Seth - thanks for the account, you can remove it now!
