You can download new word lists from the Ipswitch support page http://www.ipswitch.com/Support/IMail/index.asp The lists were updated today. Look for the "Get the latest Anti-Spam configurations" link.

If you need to whitelist it, you put the IP in the whitelist under the SPAM admin panel.
