Not true.  Carl has made it quite clear that since Hotmail and MSN have spam
fighting measure in place, he would no longer blacklist them as a whole and
has not since 4-5 months back.  If you are seeing a mass block of those
types of addresses, please send them on to me and I will pass them on to
Carl.

Actually, the FIVETENIGNORE (and FIVETENSRC) tests are designed so that major ISPs can be listed. So even if Hotmail and MSN aren't, someone else (RoadRunner? AOL?) may be added.


It's *very* important to read and understand the description of spam tests that you use, to see what will get listed and why. Clearly, if they blacklisted all Yahoo E-mail (and it wasn't accidental), the test parameters will allow it to block other ISPs.
