I recently relaxed our spam filter because too much business email was being sent to the spambox.
I have removed them, however now most of the email is being sent to the spambox.
I assume you're referring to the IMail v8 anti-spam settings?
Any ideas? I have rebooted the server and stopped and restarted the server.
Have you checked the log file? It should show why the E-mails were caught.
Also, if I just wanted to delete the "spambox" how would I do that? Thanks.
You could delete the spambox.mbx file from the hard drive, which would delete the E-mail and the mailbox -- but it could come back later, if E-mail is sent to it.
