Quick question(s) everyone.

Is anyone using Xcompress or similar compression technology? and is it helping
transmission of data? I would think perhaps on the Declude side you could speed up by
sending compressed data to the client.

I noticed the dial up isp's are adapting "SlipStream" technology which is basically
TurboSquid (linux caching solution) with an app that lowers image quality based on
user input. They also compress the data. My dial up access to my mail server is about
on par with the frac T-1 in the office using that technology.

So when I hit my iMail server, it is slightly faster serving up buttons and the images
sometimes come up broken.
