Just buy a 3-pin fan the fits and move the wires to the old 4 plug
connector.  You should be able to use a straight pin or paperclip to depress
the barb in the connector and pull the wires.  Or cut/solder.  HTH.

Thanks Mike, I appreciate that. No one seems to know what I'm talking about
when I ask. =) I've never seen a 4 pin connector for a fan on a motherboard
before. No, they couldn't use just the 3 and make it simple............
