We upgraded to IMail 8.0 and have since added the 2 hotfixes. After we upgraded to 8.x as we add new domains they can not use POP3 or IMAP to retrieve their email. They can still get in through the web interface (so the login & password are correct. The error we receive from an Outlook 2002 (XP) client is:
Log onto incoming server (POP3): Unable to logon to the incoming mail server (POP3). Please verify the st\ettings in the User Name, Password and E-mail fields.
We have tested the web interface & can logon though it. We have also reset & tested the password in outlook. The domains that were created before the upgrade work just fine with POP3, IMAP, & Web.
Any ideas?
