Actually there are 2 ways...one like John said is the vacation message found on each user's properties this will send the defined message to everyone the first time to send you a message..Subsequent messages from the same address will not get it....To "auto-reply" to every message that comes in you can use the Info Manager for that user (the next tab over on the same property sheet...
