I finally got the Imail AV to work. I set up two seperate domains to handle filtered and unfiltered accounts. I point the MX records accordingly. For some reason, it is filtering all the virtual domains on the server EXCEPT for the one that has the actual IP address.
I am positive the Virus Scanning box is unchecked in the domain that is not supposed to have virus scanning. Any ideas? I've checked the IP addresses and everything is pointed to the right place. Also, why do they well license packs? We have 250, I've not counted, but I think there are more than 250 being filtered as a result of the issue described.
