On Windows Servers and OP's you always want to go into "support.microsoft.com"
The Event ID is : 1000
"event id 1000" in google brings up lots hits
Len
And type in the
Event ID: 1000
This will give you the results that will further assist you in resolving the problem.
As for going onto "Google" it is an endless links play ground, and is sometime
worthless to say the least. when searching for certain error messages.
I was unable to get " tinyurl.com " to resolve to an IP Address. So here is the link the KB List on Microsoft
I will do some more checking to see if I can further assist, but this link will give a better insite
As you can view the Error Message, and determain from the list on Microsoft KB to find the problem
