As you did not include the actual X-IMAIL-SPAM info from the header or the Spam Log entry, the info you have posted does not identify why your email is being caught.
Be aware White List only works on content in the body of the email and not with other types of Spam identification. I also realize that by white listing a domain I potentially expose us to 'from' address spoofing that will allow all e-mail from 'ebay.com' to pass anti-spam tests through.
