Hi

I'm looking to get some HelpDesk software for the school where I'm the system 
administrator. We are not that big, just 3 persons in IT support department, but a lot 
of users (students).

At the moment we use a dedicated mailbox on our exchange server that we all 3 monitor. 
But I would like something that makes it easier to assign a person to the call, assign 
a priority and monitor the response times. I would like something that could also work 
as a changelog - who changed what setting at what time.

I know that there was some recommodations on this list before - but I did'nt save the 
e-mails. I would to know if you have some good experiences with some products.
