Customer has many accounts on my server. Complains that they send messages to other users on their domain (on my server) that are not being delivered. Log file example of non-delivery below. I don't understand the NUL references? The customer says they can pull this message up fine in their Sent Items folder and it looks to them like it went fine. None were delivered to the intended recipients.
