So you mean that:

- there is no way to control the size of the mailboxes and e-mails ... What
is the issue if we want to limit the size then ?
- only one account can be created with HELM ... What about if the customer
wants more ?
- no processing rules allowed ... What is the issue if we want to create
rules, filtering etc...

Is Helm aware about these problems? Will they implement those changes in a
future version ?
Don't you thinkk all this is very restrive as far as the features available
in Imail 8.0

We started using Helm a few months ago and have come to depend on it, we
like it so much we became a reseller for it. As far as Windows type hosting
control panels go our opinion is that it's the best out there, especially
for the price.

It could use some more Imail control though, things it really lacks are:

No size control over mail boxes or emails
No webmail "admin" account
# of email accounts allowed for that host is handled by Helm, not Imail No
support for rules

It sets up the domain and creates one account named "mail" and makes it a
catch-all account. We've suggested that they auto add an abuse alias and
forward both that and the "root" user to the "mail" user.

All in all though it is a very nice app and the price is reasonable compared
to other hosting control panels, and if you're a host it will save you a ton
of time creating domains in IIS, DNS zones, Email, FP extensions, FTP
accounts, etc... And once your customers have learned how to use Helm it'll
save you a lot of time spent doing things like changing user's FP or FTP
passwords or explaining to customers how to use webmail to create additional
email accounts.

Hope that helps.
