Short Answer: No. Long Answer: Yes, but in a very round about way. You will need to load the contents of the pst back into iMail using IMAP4 / Outlook. Obviously, this is a time consuming process and may not even be practical, depending on the number of mail boxes you have.
Note: I did a quick look on Google to see if any pst to mbx converters exist (it is entirely possible), but I did not find any.
