Also, since these settings are kept in a cookie- if they check their mail on a different computer this will happen as well!

Not sure if they deleted their cookies or not. Is there any way to
prevent it from happening?

Have they deleted their cookies recently? That will do it.

            using the Killer WebMail templates

I was wondering if anyone has run into this before: I am
running IMail 7.07 with the Killer WebMail Templates. I
have users that state that when they
set the background preferences to another color (say Rocky
Mountains to Desert Sand) they occasionally see that the
"background" preferences that
they had set are changed back to the Default (Rocky Mountains)
Any ideas on why that occurs and is there a fix for it?
TIA
Rich
