As I spot check spam that continues to sneak through other filters and go to manually add the href url to my URL Domain Blacklist, I find upwards of 25%-50% of the urls already in the list and IMAIL is not catching them as spam.
Clearly there has to be people here not using Declude. Have you spot checked this? Does IPSwitch have any explanation for why this filter is "sometimes" working and not at other times? I am assuming it started after the 8.03 update, but cannot be sure if that is the cause or not.
