I have exactly the same problem. Imail is selective that only some users cannot
receive their email. Though if u email the user with a -main like [EMAIL PROTECTED]
it pushes thru its main mailbox. the logs shows me that the mail was received but
wasn't processed by the smtp to put into the queue. any idea what could be the
problem?

The log files hold the answer.

First, get some basic information about lost E-mail (to/from/time) or
bounce messages (a copy of the bounce message).

Then, check the IMail SMTPD log file entries to see the E-mail as it is
received. Since you are using Declude, next check the Declude log files to
find out how Declude processed them. Finally, check the IMail SMTP or
SMTP- log file entries to see if the E-mail was delivered.

The Declude log files will show you if a virus or spam was detected, and
"-nul" in the SMTP or SMTP- lines in the IMail log file indicate that a
rule deleted the E-mail. For bounces, the SMTP or SMTP- lines will
normally show the reason for the bounce.

                                                    -Scott
