Per Ipswitch, there is not currently such an application.  I have requested/suggested of/to Ipswitch that the next version of the software could be improved by a command line app to do this (with variable date specification of course).  I've got some dead accounts over 4 years old collecting and storing spam.  I'm manually attacking the problem, but an automated solution would be great.
