Why does this rule (from your website) delete .doc or every email than
contain an attached document ?????

B~filename=.*\.scr
!OR!B~filename=.*\.pif!OR!B~filename=.*\.exe!OR!B~filename=.*\.vbs!OR!B~
filename=.*\.com!OR!B~filename=.*\.shs!OR!B~filename=.*\.exe.:NUL

You have to be very, very careful when trying to use filters to block files. It works some of the time, but not all of the time. Those rules will miss quite a few attachments, and will catch quite a few legitimate E-mails.

Specifically, any E-mail with "filename=" in it (most E-mails with an attachment) as well as ".com" (which is in many E-mails, with references such as "List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/";) will get caught.

Unfortunately, you aren't going to receive this E-mail if you still have that rule in place -- and that's another reason why so many people have this problem. If you have a bad rule in place, you can't get advice about it, without the sender jumping through hoops trying to bypass your filters.
