Im getting these logs daily and they contain the following:

Nothing is broken. That is the log file for Declude Confirm (the program that lets you require confirmations for mailing list subscriptions, to prevent spamming people). When you use the HIGH logging level, it will report the lines that you are seeing. If you change it back to LOW, then you won't see all those lines.
