New install of 8.03 New server, dual Xeon 2.4ghz, 1 gig ddr ram, dual 60 gig hd's.
Customized the web files, button.ini and style.cgi for the color and font changes. When I open help, it's sometimes blank, sometimes shows the help screens. The contents button rarely works. The bigger problem comes when you close it, then click compose or any other option. The page isn't displayed until you hit refresh. Any ideas? I've searched the Knowledge base and have called tech support (they promised on their recording to call me back today).
