Anyone else having a hell of a time with hotmail and msn lately or is it just me?

http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/[EMAIL PROTECTED] right now shows that of the 12 IPs of their mailservers, 2 timed out, 1 refused the connection, and 9 were up and running properly. So it looks like a temporary glitch (the 421 should only occur if their mailserver is going to be back up soon, typically during a reboot).
