Subject: [IMail Forum] Maximum Storage exceeded

We have a user who received an forwarded from someone at another location. The sender had emailed an attachment of some sort (Powerpoint presentation, I think). The email was rejected from our server:

Reporting-MTA: dns; hugo.aoml.noaa.gov
Arrival-Date: Mon, 20 Oct 2003 13:32:27 -0400 (EDT)

Final-Recipient: rfc822; [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Action: failed Status: 5.2.2
Remote-MTA: dns; mail.econocaribe.com
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 552 Requested mail action aborted: exceeded storage allocation
Last-Attempt-Date: Mon, 20 Oct 2003 13:38:07 -0400 (EDT)

We have the domain storage limits set to 0 and also the user's max mailbox size is set to 0. I don't recall anyone else complaining of not receiving attachments, and I know that I've received quite a few. All settings are at the default for all users. So, why does this one email get rejected?
