the other end to try and resolve this issue.

The 554 error is defined by SMTP, and normally indicates that the remote
mailserver will not accept your mail.

OK, IMail connected to one of the mailsevers for arrow.com.  That is good.

This means that the mailbox [EMAIL PROTECTED] is unavailable, and will not

see that their 5th mailserver doesn't seem to accept any mail to
@arrow.com.  Most likely, their mailserver is broken.
