I had a customer call and tell me of a problem I cannot solve. He called complaining that from certain individuals, when he receives replies to e-mails he sent all he gets in Web Messaging is the original e-mail that he sent. When I looked into the issue further, it seems this only happens when people reply to his e-mail with his original message sent back to him as a .eml attachment. In the folder view in Web Messaging it appears as a message with an attachment. But when the message is opened, only the .eml file is displayed as the message body. This is the case even when the user preference is for an attachment to show up as a link. I am running Imail 8.03 with the standard template only modified to change coloring.
