I don't know how many time ive had the displeasure of explaining dell is not an operating system, no you cant get online when you are talking on the only phone line in the house, you typed in the wrong password ...........no we can not get into your computer, we do not read your email, I cant help you unless you are in front of you computer and it is turned on, ect.....
