I've got an intermittant problem that I never had before, and I'm looking
for ideas.

Without any notice users will no longer be receiving emails.  Stopping and
restarting the Queue Manager will then spit out a whole backlog of email
messages that weren't getting delivered.

I'm not sure where to look for the problem/solution.  Its a Win2K box.  I
have a few dozen email addresses/domains, so its not a huge installation.
I'm on 8.01 according to the iMail Administrator Help/About, and I think
I've done all the patches.
