Using 7.15

We have users who are receving attachments and URL links that they can get
through a pop3 client just fine, but they are unable to open them through
web messaging -- many of our users do not use pop3 clients.

When they click on the attachment link at the bottom of the message a window
pops up and say "NO SUCH ATTACHMENT"

However, if they forward that message TO THEMSELVES, they are then able to
open the attachment, very odd problem, has anyone had this happen? Any
settings in the admin program I could fool with and change? Thanks
