What kind of modem are you using? We have never had luck with any of the new
"WinModems" or any internal software based modem. Others have reported the
same thing.
It's because the fax component that the IMail email to fax module is written around, FaxPlus, works on physical com ports (1 and 2) only. It will not work with virtual ports such as a Winmodem. You must have a physical COM1 or COM2 in the system.
