I can add the domain to my whitelist, but I would like to know WHY this particular url has been blacklisted.
What can I do to find out?
It has been added because you added it to the blacklist for some reason.
I'm guessing that you downloaded the URL list that Ipswitch has on their site, which has many URLs inappropriately listed (such as http://www.DNSstuff.com , which I can guarantee has never been advertised in any spam).
