[IMail Forum] Adding rule to forward email to another account

I cannot seem to figure out how to add a rule, on a user's account, that if 
a certain text string is in the body it forwards it to another user's account.

It seems when I set the rule up it just adds a mailbox to the user's 
account and forwards the mail into it instead of sending it to the other user.

Anyone have experience on how I need to set this up?

We are running Imail Version 6 if that helps...
