At this point if I where you I would open cmd.exe (command prompt) and run
nslookup.exe
See what the type=mx answers for domain csdcso.on.ca

Make sure the IP number it returns is correct and the DNS you are connecting
to are the ones you are suppose to connect to.

Nslookup will give you a lot of answers and ideas of what the problem is. If
you see something rare in your NSLOOKUP answers try the same with other
domains to make sure the problem is just with csdcso.on.ca.

Make sure the DNS's your IMAIL server is using are right and properly
configured (have the correct IPs)

Are you running any packet filtering software at your email server?
Sometimes closing some ports causes trouble with DNS and IMAIL. That
happened to us a few months ago. If you are running packet filtering
software I will lookup to see what ports we opened to solved the problem.

Is your DNS in your same Imail Box? Perhaps is there any interference?

According to a nslookup I did to a local DNS, here it is what csdcso.on.ca
answers
csdcso.on.ca A 207.236.219.66
csdcso.on.ca MX 1 outlook.csdcso.on.ca
csdcso.on.ca NS dns1.csdcso.on.ca
csdcso.on.ca NS dns2.csdcso.on.ca
dns1.csdcso.on.ca A 207.236.219.33
dns2.csdcso.on.ca A 207.236.219.34

Have you try the first lesson in the book. Stop and restart services..
perhaps even the server and see if error continues?

Luis Arango

This one doesn't have much useful information, because it is missing the
key lines above (such as which IP it is connecting to).

These, too, are not important, because you have no problem receiving mail
(SMTPD is for incoming mail). It does show that you are using the Monitor
service, which should be disabled (it is very buggy in some/most/all
versions of IMail).

This shows an incoming E-mail being delivered, so it isn't useful here.

Here we go, jackpot.
The problem here is that you've encountered the IMail
"Using-the-A-record-instead-of-MX-record" bug. You should upgrade to the
latest version of IMail, which hopefully will fix the problem.

Specifically, the version of IMail you are running may use the A record
under certain circumstances, even when the MX record exists.
