The url blacklist feature is designed to look at the hyper links and image tags inside 
an HTML message.  This message had HTML content, but was plain text so the url 
blacklist will not look at the text.  Copying the urls into the phrase filter is fine, 
but I recommend you keep both the url black list and the phrase filter running.   If 
the message has the HTML content type then the URLs will not be compared to the phrase 
list; they will be compared against the URL black list.  The phrase filter is designed 
to look at the text of the message.

For the whitelisting, the address that is compared to the white list is the Mail From 
in the envelope.  This can be different than what is in the from header in the message.
